Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS)

The following materials are required for an AMPS training course.

• AMPS Manual, Chapters 1-4 Please read chapters 1-4 prior to the first day of the course.
• Course Handouts
• Score Form Print fifteen (15) score forms
• Evaluation Worksheet Print eight (8) worksheets; Photocopies are not an acceptable alternative
• German Translation of Score Form (Optional for use during German-speaking courses)

It is important that your Evaluation Worksheets are the same size as transparent overlays used by the faculty to check your scores during the course. When printing Evaluation Worksheets:
• Ensure Page Scaling is exactly 100%
• Do not select "Fit to printer margins"
• Do select "Auto-rotate and center"

In order to view and print the handouts, you will need to have Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded from Adobe's website www.adobe.com.
