Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) - Course Materials

The following materials are required for an AMPS training course.

FOR ALL COURSES BEFORE SEPTEMBER 1, 2010

AMPS Manual, Chapters 1 and 3 Please read chapters 1 and 3 prior to the first day of the course.
Course Handouts
Score Form Print fifteen (15) score forms
Evaluation Worksheet Print eight (8) worksheets; Photocopies are not an acceptable alternative

Ensure Page Scaling is exactly 100%
Do not select "Fit to printer margins"
Do select "Auto-rotate and center"
