Support for AMPS 2002 is ending. AMPS Project International recommends that all AMPS raters remain current with their AMPS materials and upgrade to AMPS 9. Review the AMPS Upgrade Policy for more information.


Download AMPS 2002 Update

This update allows AMPS 2002 to function in each of seven different languages: (English, Swedish, French, Dutch, Danish, Finnish, and Slovenian). Please note that this download only updates AMPS 2002. The current version of the AMPS computer-scoring software, AMPS 9, has been released.

Detailed Installation Instructions
  1. Download and save the file, AMPS2002update.exe, to a location on your computer where you can find it later.

  2. Download time depends on your internet connection. This may take several minutes. (file size = 456 KB)

  3. Run the update from the computer that already has AMPS 2002 installed. This update will not install the full program.

  4. You will be asked to automatically UNZIP the update.
    This will replace the old version of the file 'AMPS2002.exe', with this new update. The update will be installed into the default AMPS2002 folder. You must install the update into the same folder as the original AMPS 2002 installation. If you did not use the default installation settings when installing AMPS 2002, please locate your original installation before installing this update.

  5. If the installation is successful, you will receive the following message, 'One file(s) unzipped successfully.'

  6. Close the installation program and run AMPS2002 as you have done in the past.
