School Version of the AMPS (School AMPS)

The following course handouts are required for a School AMPS training course.

• School AMPS Manual, Chapters 1 and 3 Please read chapters 1 and 3 prior to the first day of the course.
• Course Handouts
• Score Form Print fifteen (15) score forms, double-sided
• Evaluation Worksheet Print eight (8) worksheets; Photocopies are not an acceptable alternative

In order to view and print the handouts, you will need to have Adobe's Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Acrobat Reader can be downloaded from Adobe's website www.adobe.com.
